Hotel Acapulco - Lloret de Mar

Top-class and incredibly attentive staff and perfect accommodation. Air-conditioned king room, good beds. Big private bathroom. Simply nothing to complain about, really enjoyable stay.

The hotel is 5 minutes walking to the Lloret de Mar beach,and maybe 10 minutes to Fenals, the second largest beach.We had the best view possible.Except the problem with the sheets the first night, they were changed properly,and the towels were changed every day.The cleaning lady was so nice and friendly (we met her few times).The receptionists were helpful and friendly.The wi-fi signal sometimes ok,sometimes poor.There was no noise from young tourists like it happens in other hotels in Lloret.

Well, the first night we found out that the bed sheets were not replaced since the previous guests left the room and that was really disappointing to us.We complained to the receptionist and she gave us clean sheets , but we had to make our bed by ourselves(i dont blame the cleaning lady :) ). That same night the guests from the opposite room locked their dog in the room (pets are allowed) and it did not stopped barking untill they came back atfer 2 hours. The swimming pool is too small and the same people were in it every day,but you don't need pool with those beaches. The breakfast almost same every day.

Hotel was in a very good location and very good value for money

During the time spending in the hotel I felt as in my home, all staff were so polite, funny and friendy. Although alone I spent great time there. Hotel is very close to beach (5min) and 2 min from bus station and old part of the town. It is very importand due to from that station you can catch open turist buses for all other beautiful little beaches around. If you come by plane to Barcelona Airport, it is not true that there is not direct transfer, you just need to conntact the receptionist and he will organize it for you. Bus will pick you up from airport terminal 1 or 2 and leave you in front of the hotel (price is 19e in one direction).

In case you want to spend your holiday in the room on balcony, view from the hotel rooms are not so inspirative.

Breakfests and Dinners (buffet) were really good, however drinks for dinner are not free. Room was comfortable (view on swimming pool, nice bathroom and balcony). The location is good if you want to travel with bus (close to bus station) or go to the city, it's also about 20min walk to Fenals beach (over the hill) and 10 min walk to the bus L3 going to Canyelles beach. The hotel staff is very friendly.

As there are many hotels around (Guitart park resort hotels and Don Juan), it's really noisy in the evening (hotel shows, music), but everything stops at midnight. Sometimes there are groups of young drunk people in the hotels having little ego, so they need to yell on the floor, but the hotel personnel is taking care of it and is controlling the floors, so it stops in 5minutes. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is going to bed at midnight, not sooner (no kids).

The large balcony was fantastic, while the rust in the bathtub was disappointing.

If you are a night hawk - perfect! If you want party - perfect! If you want to be close to beach - perfect!

If you want to be always on-line - forget it!

Fine food and quiet atmosphere.

Nice staff and room, but breakfast was bland and pool area crowded.

Everything ,its not to big,spotlessly clean,friendly staff and only 2 mins from the bus station,entertainment, good food not cordon bleu but well presented and very eatable.

The telly was a bit small.we both have bad eye sight,that's not their fault.

The staff were very helpfull.

The Decor was very dated.Facilities were very dated.Zero sound proofing. Quality if the WiFi was very poor.The entire hotel needs an upgrade quickly.

Clean pool area.

Sadly, the beds were uncomfortable and the covers had a cigarette burn. The bathroom had a persistent urinal odor, quite off-putting. I wished there were more dumbbells available in the gym. Only having five of the same weight was quite limiting.

This hotel good value for money. Hotel staff is very responsive. Rooms are clean and have convienient furniture and excellent bathroom. Excelent and funny evening shows.

The breakfast in this hotel is always the same. Dinner is good, but not include drinks. High prices on drink in hotel bar.

Good location and a fair price for what we got. Staff were fairly helpful and the pool was quite nice. WiFi was alright.

You get what you pay for. Breakfast was happily skipped and things in the room did not always work.

Breakfast was a good morning treat.
